Alright, I posted this on another forums but that forums went down xd. So I have to re-type everything now while I'm at school, also, if you read this before I get home, then there won't be pictures. I didn't take any pictures while I was building the PC though, so if you're looking for pictures on how to build a PC, look at pcpartpicker xd. But anyways, let me tell the story of how I got this PC. I'll post pictures when I get back home from school the day I'm posting this. It was Christmas, I woke up in the morning rolling off my bed. I can feel vibrations coming off the ground. I thought it was an earthquake, but it wasn't. It was actually my Asian parents doing karaoke down stairs. I crawl towards the stairs out of my room, I hear a child's voice. It was the annoying kid i have to baby sit like every Monday and Friday. I slide down the stairs on my stomach, I was too lazy to get up but I got up after that. I see the kid, he's on the couch watching YouTube (btw hes like 9 and there's also a girl). I walk past them into the kitchen where my Mum is. She tells me, "Good morning, Jacob. Go open your presents." And she points towards the table (we also didn't setup a Christmas tree cuz Dad was too lazy). I see a rectangular box, the size of a cereal box. I grab it and open it while my parents friends are doing karaoke. it was another small box. I open that one, there was a letter inside. I opened the letter and see paper, a ripped piece of paper. what is this, I thought. I turned the paper around and it had writing. It said, fuk u jacob. Jk, it didn't say that. $400 from Mom and Dad, I was happy, and blahlbalhalbahbl skipping to the good part. I waited like 3 hours later and found out what I was gonna do with the money. I convinced my dad to go $200 more for my PC and that's how I got my new budget rig. Then extra $200 was for the monitor so ye. But here's the build anyways: CPU: Intel i3-6100 3.7 Ghz Dual Core Processor (Has hyperthreading and it's like $100) CPU Cooler: Stock cooler cuz not overclocking. Motherboard: MSI H110M PRO-VD Plus Micro ATX LGA1151 Motherboard, went with this cuz it'll fit all my needs for this budget. Memory: Crucial Ballistix Sport LT 8GB DDR4-2400 Memory. This is only 1 stick so I can upgrade to 16GB later. But I'm gonna be upgrading other important parts first before RAM. Storage: Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive. This is overrated but I got it xd. No SSD for this for $500 dollar build. GPU: Zotac Geforce GTX 1050ti Mini 1.30GHZ. This is a good card for the price. I ordered everything from Amazon because I have Amazon Prime. But this was the cheapest 1050ti, I could've went with an RX 470 if I ordered from a different site though. Case: Fractal Core Design 1000 USB3.0 MicroATX Mid Tower Case, good case for good price. PSU: EVGA 500W 80+ Certified ATX Power Supply. This is non-modular so it'll look like a mess on the inside, and with this case, not much cable management options anyways. PICTURES COMING SOON
